Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological and societal trends through 2026
- Develop and publish visionary whitepapers on disruptive innovations
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and risk mitigation
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation solutions
- Analyze global megatrends impacting industry and policy landscapes
- Represent the company at futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a robust foresight methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of publishing influential futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Sociology, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate resilience technologies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF) preferred
- Experience building and managing futurist teams
