Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends across technology, policy, and consumer behavior to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market entry
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, academics, and thought leaders
- Integrate foresight findings into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Represent FutureForge at global futurist conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data visualization capabilities
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
