Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies from concept to commercial deployment
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine symbiosis or quantum computing
