Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends through multi-disciplinary research to forecast 2026 industry shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite leadership and board presentations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for global stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of continuous innovation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and foresight conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting disruptive tech trends with documented impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech, or neuro interfaces
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience addressing Fortune 500 audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology impact assessments
