Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying paradigm-shifting technologies by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients in AI, climate tech, and spatial computing
- Author white papers and executive briefings on near-future socio-technological shifts
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops to build shared future scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Represent company at global innovation forums and Davos-style summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that influenced organizational strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, neurotech, climate engineering, or decentralized networks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex concepts into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
