Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Integrate AI-driven forecasting tools with human intuition for strategic decision support
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and deploying 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Published thought leadership in futurism publications (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Advanced proficiency in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, R, Python)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex scenarios into actionable insights
