Responsibilities
- Lead development of the company's 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic insights into core business strategy

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology research
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning tools and methodologies
