Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology innovations
- Present disruptive opportunities and risk assessments to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills with complex systems
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published author or recognized speaker in futurism/innovation circles
- Experience scaling high-impact initiatives across global organizations
