- Identify partnership opportunities with academic labs and startups
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences
- Build and mentor a team of junior futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in futurism, systems theory, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or synthetic biology
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on innovation strategy
- Certification in futures research (preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
