Responsibilities

- Produce annual innovation roadmaps with quantified risk/opportunity analyses
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI evaluations
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of trend experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging fields: quantum computing, neurotech, or sustainable AI
- Strong quantitative modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation or technology journals
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants
