Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and emerging opportunities
- Design future-proofing strategies for enterprise clients in technology, finance, and healthcare
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology or societal transformation
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients on innovation strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
