Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI convergence
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market disruption
- Interface with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (Harvard Business Review/MIT Tech Review preferred)
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic risk assessment
- Deep knowledge of at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
