Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify transformative technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and future-state strategy development
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into measurable KPIs and innovation investment priorities
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level future scenarios and roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills for complex concepts
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions and influencing organizational change
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership in top-tier publications
