Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum-AI convergence
- Establish industry partnerships with academic and governmental entities for policy shaping
- Design sustainable technology roadmaps aligned with UN SDG targets
- Mentor junior futurists and facilitate immersive future-state workshops
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech ethics
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and recommend strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record publishing in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or circular economy tech
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., M.S. in Foresight)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite and board levels
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-state implementations
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies and trend analysis
