Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize complex data from technological, economic, and social domains to forecast 2026+ trends
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead executive workshops to communicate future implications and drive strategic alignment
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build and cultivate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact thought leadership content including reports, whitepapers, and keynote presentations
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices for organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy and risk mitigation
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead cross-functional teams through transformational change
