Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology roadmaps for emerging sectors (quantum computing, neurotech, climate solutions)
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-proof strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market signals
- Design human-centered innovation frameworks for next-generation product development
- Present future insights to global stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership on future technology impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) required
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients on transformational projects
