Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business growth.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Green Computing) into core systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and agility.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Scalability & Architecture: Oversee architectural decisions to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and sustainable for future demands.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and plan for 5-10 year horizons.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and modern software development lifecycle.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects.
