Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision and strategic roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Lead the architecture of scalable cloud-native solutions and microservices.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and recommend adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure architectural integrity across all projects.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Manage technology budgets and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.
