Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure systems utilizing the 2026 technology stack.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of advanced Agentic AI models into core product workflows.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements and efficiency gains across distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Tech Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum computing, Edge AI) and define their role in our roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Core Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- AI/ML: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, LLMs (Large Language Models), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Cloud: Extensive experience with AWS or GCP, including containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and architect for future scalability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
