Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Design: Define and oversee the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- System Optimization: Analyze and optimize complex systems to support future technological advancements.
- Team Mentorship: Guide senior engineers and architects in best practices for future-proofing codebases.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business needs into technical realities.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends, specifically focusing on next-gen AI and quantum computing paradigms.
- Code Review & Standards: Enforce high coding standards and architectural patterns across all development teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C++. Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Future Tech: Experience with AI/ML frameworks, big data processing, or quantum computing concepts is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
