- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on the technological roadmap leading up to 2026.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers in best practices for scalable software engineering.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure systems meet high-performance benchmarks and handle future scaling requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, AI engineering, or systems design.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and translate them into architectural strategies.
