Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration and edge computing.
- Design and implement scalable, high-availability microservices architectures using modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing primitives, Web3 protocols) and define integration strategies.
- Oversee code quality, security standards, and performance optimization across all engineering teams.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive technical debt reduction and legacy system modernization initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
