Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning architectural decisions with long-term business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of next-generation scalable systems, focusing on quantum-ready infrastructure and AI integration.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and data scientists, to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and architectural reviews to ensure system resilience and security in an evolving threat landscape.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in building high-throughput APIs.
- Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into production environments.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
