Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable infrastructure for future AI workloads and high-frequency trading systems.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, defining the vision and execution plan for our core products.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define technical requirements and translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance under extreme load and edge cases.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to integrate into our core stack.
- Drive architectural decisions that balance technical debt reduction with rapid feature delivery.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with strong proficiency in Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong background in Machine Learning infrastructure, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability and maintainability.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience with edge computing and IoT architecture is a plus.
