Core Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to improve application performance, reduce latency, and ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- DevOps Integration: Collaborate with the DevOps team to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development, with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
- Frontend: Deep proficiency in React, Redux, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Database: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Remote Work: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently in a fully remote setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
