Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of high-impact web applications, working closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring high performance and usability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture planning to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in React or Angular and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
