Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, defining key milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) relevant to our industry.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of futuristic prototypes and pilot programs into our core product lines.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
- Establish thought leadership within the industry by publishing insights on future tech trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (3-5 year horizon).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on the trajectory towards 2026.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
