We are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Future Technologies to spearhead our strategic roadmap for 2026 and beyond. In this pivotal role, you will define the technological horizon, integrating cutting-edge innovations in AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing into our core product suite.
You will work at the intersection of business strategy and technical innovation, guiding a world-class team of engineers and product designers to build solutions that are not just relevant today, but transformative for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and product managers to prototype and validate emerging technologies.
- Identify and assess high-potential emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Neuro-interfaces) and determine their commercial viability.
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
- Communicate complex future-state concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting, with a focus on emerging tech.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale R&D initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and next-gen computing architectures.
