Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within government or public sector data.
- Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL.
- Experience with census data and demographic analysis methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
