Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design, train, and deploy complex deep learning architectures using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, ensuring models are optimized for low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct independent research to stay ahead of the curve in AI trends, publishing findings and contributing to internal patent applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a collaborative knowledge-sharing culture.
- Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate ML models into cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) ensuring robust scalability and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with large-scale distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Frameworks: Strong expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) and NLP libraries (Hugging Face, spaCy).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
