We are seeking a visionary Senior Architect to lead the technical execution of Project 2026, our revolutionary initiative in predictive AI and autonomous infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems for Project 2026 using microservices and serverless technologies.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive technical excellence.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across the organization.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical planning sessions to ensure robustness and security.
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies for complex, large-scale deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into the Project 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead engineering role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning pipelines and large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
