Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures for the Horizon 2026 roadmap.
- AI Strategy: Define the technical vision for integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core product offerings.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- R&D Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) and evaluate their viability for future product development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning principles, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
