Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for our upcoming product lines, setting the technical vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure microservices architectures.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-level executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Innovation & Research: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) to integrate into our core infrastructure.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce coding standards, conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure maintainability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture and software engineering.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve high-level architectural challenges and mitigate risks effectively.
