Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Architecture: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance technical architectures aligned with our Year 2026 strategic vision.
- Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate business goals into concrete technical milestones and architectural roadmaps.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) and integrate them into our existing ecosystem to maintain a competitive edge.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of complex systems, ensuring modularity, resilience, and operational efficiency.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on architectural initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Rust).
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-impact technical problems in complex environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
