Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance solutions that integrate emerging AI and machine learning models.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to next-gen cloud architectures (Kubernetes, Serverless).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize technical debt reduction and feature development.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous technical feasibility assessments for high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML infrastructure and cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
