Job Description
At Vision 2026, we are not merely predicting the future; we are architecting it. We are on a mission to revolutionize the tech landscape through next-generation artificial intelligence and autonomous systems. We are seeking a visionary and technically rigorous Senior AI Systems Architect to lead our infrastructure initiatives and define the blueprint for our upcoming 2026 product roadmap.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge machine learning research and scalable, production-grade software engineering. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with world-class engineers and data scientists to build systems that are robust, efficient, and ready for the future.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure that supports high-volume data processing and real-time inference.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS and Kubernetes.
- Model Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists to optimize ML models for inference speed, latency, and resource efficiency on edge devices and cloud environments.
- Tech Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI deployment, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and data governance strategies to protect proprietary algorithms and user data.
- Performance Tuning: Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and optimization to ensure systems can handle peak loads and future scaling requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior Architect or Staff Engineer role.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and RESTful API design.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience designing and deploying systems on AWS (or GCP/Azure).
- Containerization: Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in distributed systems and large-scale data environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
