Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Spearhead the creation of the company's 3-year strategic roadmap, specifically focusing on the integration of next-gen AI models and predictive analytics.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Quantum-Ready Engineering: Collaborate with R&D to develop algorithms that are primed for future quantum computing environments.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and partners to ensure Apex remains at the cutting edge of the industry.
- Talent Development: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary technical liaison between product, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure alignment on major deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong background in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with a focus on serverless and containerized architectures.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
