Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures tailored for 2026 enterprise needs.
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term AI strategy, identifying emerging trends like Autonomous Agents and Multimodal Learning to drive business growth.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP), pushing the boundaries of current model capabilities.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of world-class engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable product features.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of designing systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
