Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling high-volume generative AI workloads.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product, engineering, and legalâto ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for the engineering department to maintain high code quality.
- Conduct deep-dive research into novel algorithms and propose proof-of-concept implementations.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical career growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems architecture.
- AI/ML Expertise: Strong background in machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and translating them into actionable technical strategies.
