Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI development leading up to 2026, including quantum computing integration and advanced neural networks.
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models that handle petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in researching cutting-edge architectures such as Transformers and Graph Neural Networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to translate business goals into technical AI strategies.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical workshops to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in senior AI/ML architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and edge computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
