Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a forward-looking technical strategy that aligns with business goals and emerging AI paradigms.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research into Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and quantum computing applications relevant to our sector.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectural frameworks for complex AI integrations.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to drive buy-in.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and fostering professional growth.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or strategic leadership role.
