Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning integration.
- Lead the design and architecture of next-generation intelligent systems that solve complex global challenges.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to prototype high-impact innovations ahead of the market curve.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging technologies and competitive advantages.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for future tech initiatives.
- Act as a thought leader and mentor, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex strategic projects.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and predictive modeling.
- Exceptional ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
