Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end design of advanced AI models and robotics frameworks aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Develop and deploy high-performance deep learning models using Python and PyTorch, optimizing for latency and accuracy.
- System Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate AI algorithms into physical robotic systems and edge devices.
- Innovation Leadership: Research and implement novel techniques in reinforcement learning and computer vision to solve complex problems.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on robotics or NLP.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of reinforcement learning, computer vision, and neural architecture search (NAS).
- Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
