- Author high-impact technical papers and present findings at top-tier global conferences.
- Oversee the mentoring of junior researchers and PhD candidates within the AI lab.
- Define technical roadmaps and research milestones aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model robustness and ethical compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of publishing in prestigious venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.).
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing technical projects and research teams.
