Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic R&D vision for 2026 Neural Architectures, specifically focusing on Neuromorphic computing and quantum-inspired algorithms.
- Design and implement scalable Deep Learning models capable of processing multi-modal data streams in real-time.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design teams to translate theoretical breakthroughs into practical applications.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in the AI landscape to ensure our roadmap remains competitive and relevant.
- Present complex technical findings to C-level executives and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Proven expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and experience with LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Strong understanding of mathematical foundations, including linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Demonstrated track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or holding key patents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes research environment.
