Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the research and development of next-generation neural architectures and foundation models with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Advanced Research: Conduct rigorous research in Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-modal learning, and reinforcement learning to drive our 2026 roadmap.
- Prototyping & Implementation: Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready code and robust prototypes using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Scientific Publishing: Author and publish high-impact papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and contribute to open-source communities.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and PhD students, fostering a collaborative and high-performance research culture.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in research, development, and deployment of deep learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong understanding of transformer models and optimization algorithms.
