Responsibilities
- Lead development of quantum-enhanced deep learning architectures for enterprise clients
- Author 3+ peer-reviewed publications annually in top-tier AI conferences
- Design novel reinforcement learning frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Mentor junior researchers through weekly technical workshops and 1:1 sessions
- Optimize AI models for edge deployment on next-gen quantum processors
- Secure $500K+ in annual research grants through proposal development
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years developing production-level LLMs or generative AI systems
- Published research at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Proficiency in distributed training on 1000+ GPU clusters
- Strong track record of open-source contributions (GitHub profile required)
- Experience securing federal or industry research grants
