Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale generative models using transformer architectures.
- Research: Publish novel research papers and implement state-of-the-art techniques in production environments.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate research into scalable products.
- Code Review: Maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity across the ML platform.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or software engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Mathematics: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
