Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale language and vision models.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) concepts and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for edge deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into real-world consumer products.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and model interpretability.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping complex ML products.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Experience with Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, or Neural Symbolic AI.
