Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow to support our 2026 roadmap.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and multimodal AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical, high-impact applications.
- Establish ethical AI guidelines and ensure compliance with emerging industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing inference pipelines to ensure low-latency performance in real-world environments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and GPU programming (CUDA).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
